  Thee worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of having to endure. One shite female employee was extremely racist & dismissive towards my S.O. who is Pacific Islander & the manager offered us a gift card as an apology. That was a few months ago & today we had the cashier, an obese white woman with short red hair & glasses, be completely rude to us the entire time we were in the store, treated us like we were an inconvenience to her because we were printing 12 pictures. When we went up to pay she rhetorically asks me, "What's wrong with your husband? You should be at home laying down not printing photos. He isn't capable enough to do that by himself? Something is seriously wrong with this picture." (I am 38 weeks pregnant & apparently to her that means that I shouldn't be out in public to do something as simple as print a few photographs from my phone & that despite having no medical or midwifery background she has the right to criticize my husband & I, & give me faulty medical advice....) I let her know that nothing was wrong with my husband & women who are pregnant should do the exact opposite during this stage of pregnancy because lying down & being lazy during the last few weeks of your pregnancy can actually lead to your baby being breech. She then dismissed us because she realized she'd been rude. We will unfortunately have to talk with the manager yet again about his poor choice in staff & we will not be returning here again, which is really a shame because it's the closest pharmacy/drug store to us.

  While many reviews state how good the pharmacy is, I unfortunately cannot say the same about the individual working at the register today. This Walgreens is right down the street from me, so I thought I'd go and print out a couple pictures. After I scanned my picture and placed the order, the employee at the register couldn't seem to figure out how to print the pictures properly. I asked her how often she has had to do this, in which she said rarely often. I take it she did not know what she was doing, was not trained properly, or possibly just computer illiterate. There was no one else in the store to help, such as a manager. Thank you Walgreens for wasting 30 minutes of my morning. I went to CVS where this was completed in less than 5 minutes. I suggest you make these print locations self-serve like CVS, so I don't have to rely on an untrained employee figuring out how to print my pictures. I have had similar experiences at other Walgreens, so it must be a management issue.
