  So my Samsung S7 has been having troubles saying that there's moisture in the charging port... so it wouldn't charge. finally I went to the Sprint store at 3790 Tyrone Boulevard ...not the mall location... the other one. the computers were down nationwide, people were angry and nasty. But I wasn't because I work as a bartender, so I understand customer service. I started talking to Chris ( female) and Drew.  Chris was amazing,  she answered all of my questions with a smile. And Drew took my phone immediately back to see if they could find the problem. it charged for a little, but they figured out that the port was faulty.  so I was depressed because I was going to have to get a new phone,  and have no phone for the night.. plus the system was down.  Well, Drew pulls out a wireless charger,  and puts my phone on it..amazing!!! I   offered to buy the charger because I thought it was a great idea,  but I couldn't purchase because the computers were down. He went to his manager and allowed me to take it home for free and bring it back within the next week when I get my new phone.   That is going above and beyond!!!!! and I think as a company,  Sprint, you should recognize Chris and Drew, because they put up with a lot of garbage from people,  and they are doing an amazing job for you!!! Thank you Chris and Drew, I'll see you soon for my upgrade!
