  I visited last Sunday. William the staff was the guy that waited on me, and he was really knowledgeable, kind and patience. All of that goes a long way. And I'd like 2 thank William 4 all ur help.

  Salesman walked out with chargers that said this is how we charge our new phones. Only to find out that we paid 40.00 each so that was a complete lie to boost his sales commission. Then to add to that he says I have 600.00 in sprint credit. Well unbeknownst to me he applied for this credit. Don't you think you should have the customers permission to apply for anything? I have been a sprint customer over 10 years but this recent scam that was pulled on me is simply disheartening. Beware what they the salesman tells you and if they say you have credit, it's because they applied for something and didn't tell you which cannot be legal. I am sickened by my experiences at this store over the past year. From screwing up mine and my husband's phone lines, texting friends while being there waiting over an hour, to now duping me into products to grease their pockets with commission. I guarantee I am not the only customer this has happened to and this is how class action lawsuits happen. No wonder their sales are high at the expense of them up selling accessories fraudulently applying for credit without the customers permission.
