  If I could give no stars, I probably would. I've gone to this Sephora so many times, but lately I rather go to the one in Tampa. I bought a Ralph Lauren cologne that was $68 for the 2.5 oz, and when the girl rang up the cologne, it was $85. My boyfriend noticed this and said something, and she just replied, "Well, that's what it rung up". First off, how rude, the least you could do is check. So, afterwards we walk over to the prices and see what it says. So, I ask a different employee and show her, and she was kind enough to help us. Turned out, the 4.8 oz cologne rang up as $23, which was obviously wrong. It took about half an hour to get a 2.5 oz cologne and for all my time wasted, just a simple apology. At that point, I didn't even want to buy the cologne, and on top of that my boyfriend was charged twice on his card, and now has to wait a couple days to get the refund, didn't have enough in his account when he had to pay for it, and I ended up paying for it. At that point, I should've just bought the 4.8 oz cologne for $23. It's not the first time I was disappointed though, I bought makeup online and returned it in stores. I forgot to bring the receipt, but could've gone home to grab it if I had known I only brought the summary (which I thought was the receipt). I was able to pull the receipt up on my phone, but the girl rudely looked at me returning the 3 products. I only used two of them and the 3rd product I received had the makeup crumbled on the inside, so it was damaged. She made it seem like she didn't have time for this, and neither did I, quite frankly. She then proceeded to give me a JC Penny merchandise credit card, but a $100 worth of makeup, I rather have it back on the card I used. She didn't tell me I needed the receipt, which she saw I showed her on my phone. If she needed the paper version, I would've gone home to get it. I later come back with the receipt and asked to get the JC Penny card on my debit card because I'll likely never spend $100 at JC Penny again, and the same girl simply gave me an apology because she didn't have the time to do all that. If I have the receipt, I'd feel you'd honor it just as it says on the return policy. I'm not satisfied with this Sephora at all, and I'll keep going to the Tampa one. At least at the other one, I get greeted when I walk in, and they're much nicer to helping a customer; it's what you're paid for, do your job.

  Rude! Rude! Rude! Went in today and asked a girl to check price on item that was on sale online at Sephora. She rudely informed me the sale was an online exclusive. Took one to another sales associate at cash register. Guess what?!? On sale! Half price! Lousy customer service. From the first associate.
