They provided us a hard copy PO with these instructions. We did as they requested to the letter and then they reversed the shipping charges on us, which were over $1200. Based on the background check we ran on the owner he has a history of criminal activity so I am sure we are not the only people they have cheated. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company whether you are a customer or a supplier!
