  Great shopping experience! Evan is knowledgeable , easy and listens to you. How often do you walk in a store and after the introduction you feel pushed in a specific direction. Evan put us at ease immediately by making us feel welcomed and asking questions about what we want, not what the store wants push. We had an idea of what we wanted and Evan was a terrific guide. Thanks to Evan and Rob we made a very informed decision on our purchase. If this is mattress firm's model store I would not be surprised. After reading other reviews their consistency of excellent customer experiences speaks for it's self. Go see Evan and Rob!

  Re: Evan & Rob I just purchased a mattress for my daughter & wanted to make sure I could have it home today which meant pick it up and bring it home myself. I’m not exactly the most confident hand-woman so I was nervous on making sure the mattress would be safe on the car. FORTUNATELY I went to the right store and Evan and Rob literally got my all set up within 5 minutes while we all complained about the freezing weather. Good Customer service is hard to come by these days so when I leave a store feeling like I was taken care of because a company wanted to and not because they had to, I feel compelled to write reviews like this. Being nice should be easy to do and unfortunately that’s now how our world has been acting lately - I am grateful for niceness these days!! Thank you Evan and Rob!!!
