Merry Christmas!...NOT! We just purchased a Christmas tree and when we returned to pick it up the guy working there looked puzzled????? “ Uh I don’t know where your tree is, let me look”’, he said. He returned without the tree and asked his co-worker and they both said some guy in a white truck took it...are you kidding me???? We just spent 45 minutes looking and finding the perfect tree with my wife and daughter!!!! They offered another now 9pm and my ten year old needs to go home to bed! We accepted a replacement that looked like it might die soon. My wife not wanting a confrontation accepted the sub par tree and we will hope it survives and make the best of it. No Merry Christmas at Lowe’s!!!! Horrible experience!!!!
