This is the sales rep for my daughters high school and wow they SUCK! I mean really suck! Paid over $400.00 for a high school ring, the company says the "sales rep has it". I called these losers during July and August and they say they are on "summer hours". That is great but their voice mail says they are open during certain hours but even during those hours all you get is voicemail. Then to add to it, you can not leave a voicemail for them to call you back. Now school is back in session and you still cant get a response. Emailed them as well but again nothing. I truly 100% honestly hope this individual gets fired because they do not care about you at all.
