  Mark and his crew did a very nice job on the tile work for my unoccupied house while it's being worked on but when it came to the cleanup and the security of my house they dropped the ball. When setting up this project with Mark I told him my concerns about turning the water off and making sure the house is secure. When Mark came over for the final payment I told him and showed that his crew used my personal towels which were ruined and I had to throw them out, I also noticed that the crew used the rolls of paper towels left at the house, left the water on and left doors unlocked to my house. I also asked Mark if it's the owner's responsibility to mop up all the excess grout and remove tile cement on the floor and he said yes. I found his reply pretty interesting and took his advice of mopping the floor with water and vinegar twice in my 1664 sq ft home. When I asked Mark about an adjustment to the final payment he did not take my hint. In conclusion details are very important to me even though Mark and his crew did an excellent job with the tile work I'll always remember what he and its crew didn't do.
