  The Manager on duty today 12/23/2018 David Drew I think was his name was extremely rude to me regarding my service dog. He stopped me in the middle of the store and demanded to know what my 10 pound dog was trained to do. I explained to him that she is a certified ESA with documentation. He refused to look at my documentation and only kept repeating that was an unacceptable kind of service animal.After giving me a five minute lecture on bad animals he has seen in the past he finally allowed me to pick up my prescription"Anti Anxiety medication" for severe PTSD. When I finally got to the pharmacy there was two dogs with their owners sitting on a bench waiting for their prescriptions. I asked the owners of the dogs if they were asked what service their dogs provided the y both said NO? This man who clearly does not know the law regarding service animals was rude and unprofessional and caused me undue stress for no apparent reason what so ever. I would hope corporate would due something that would never allow another person to have to endure this treatment.

  Sarah, one of the Pharmacy Techs should be commended on her good attitude and patience. She helped me get at least a 100$ savings with a coupon and even used her own phone when mine wouldn’t work. She makes your company look good. Thanks a hundred! ;) Nicole
