  UPDATE: After contacting the store's owner, she was very apologetic and provided me with a full refund of the phone. Because of her excellent customer service and her willingness to make me whole, I am raising the rating of this store. WARNING: Stay away from this store! They sold me a defective phone that was nothing but problems. Phone would turn itself off without warning (disconnecting the call), then back on again. Took the phone back to them to be repaired. They said phone was fixed, but it continued to get worse and eventually only worked intermittently. Took phone back again and asked for a refund or store credit and they refused to make it right. On top of everything else, got a flippant attitude from one of their IT guys (Joshua). I depend on my phone for work so ended up losing wages because of them. Very poor customer service!!
