  I purchased my King Koil mattress 3 years ago an un-common event happened where a small spring protruded from the side of my bed I submitted pictures to Bed pros and it was quickly reviewed and my warranty was approved. The Manager of the store Tony Alfonso was very professional and made me feel my issue was his Top concern .I find King Koil and Bed Pros have a high concern for Quality and their Customers. And I will never purchase another bed from anyone else than BED PROS

  We showed up in the showroom and really didn't have a clue as to what kind of mattress to buy. They really took the time to show us all the different options and guided us to our best choice. They literally have all the major brands to choose from. We chose a Tempurpedic and are really happy with our purchase.

  Tony was patient and knowledgeable and helped me find a mattress that fit my needs. I ended up exchanging the firm for a softer one and the process was hassle-free. Super nice and professional delivery guys, Jose and Xavier, got the old one out and new one in the next day. I would highly recommend shopping with Tony from Bed Pros!
