  Mike C and BBD installed my smart home. I am very happy with the equipment, installation, and customer service from Mike. We were hoping to coordinate the delivery of our furniture and AV equipment with the installation of the system. Mike made it out quickly to our home to discuss our expectations, current equipment and what upgrades we may want. The BBD team was professional, prompt and responsive through the installation. They asked about our priorities and got everything done timely. When the outdoor speakers broke 3 days after installation, Mike was quick to let us know not only would he discuss it with the distributor, but either way we would not pay for the replacement. He was able to determine that it was a manufacturing issue with the stand and he quickly obtained replacements and re-installed both outdoor speakers. Mike spent the time to explain the system to us, how it functions, and different options for use. Highly recommend Mike and his team for your smart home/AV systems.
