  I have bought two complete bathtubs and hardware from this lovely company. I have been extremely happy with every single thing that I have purchased. I happen to be sort of a quality nut, and have been fortunate to have experienced many beautiful things in my lifetime. So I know for instance what the look and quality of the tubs and hardware are supposed to be. They are right on in those areas. I actually got what I expected and more. And in my case a whole lot of more to boot. I have no excuse in not to having posted this email except to tell you all that we have been grieving the loss of one of our children who unexpectedly passed away almost a year and a half ago. And at that same time were redoing our lake house. As you may expect, when tragedy hits a family you can not function very well, though life does not stop and wait. We had contractors and subs working non stop. I had ordered a tub that I was going to finish into something special. Maybe a pewter finish or nickel look. I wasn't sure so I ordered it plain white and was going to have my finishers try to come up with something special. I happened to call the company and the person I spoke with remembered my ordering ( maybe because I was in Ca and the tubs were shipping out west so far?) from a gentleman who no longer worked there. I was having trouble on the phone and I shared my grief with this gentleman who may have been the owner. Anyway, instead of trying to help me as I requested to get the steps to refinish the tub he asked me if he could just send me a new tub. Can you believe this ? No charge this man sent me a newly finished tub in a week! And when the delivery company did not pick up the existing new tub I had already I called to see how come the tub was left. I was simply told it was a gift. A gift? In this day and age? Are we kidding? NO. Seriously, it was a gift. And what do you do when you see such goodness from a stranger who can relate to you at your darkest possible moments? You cry. And you learn that there really is a heaven here on earth. And you then remember how you have always known that goodness surrounds us. Sometimes we just forget for a moment. And then you pay it forward. Yes, you pay it to the next person. The beautiful pedestal tub is now going to be installed in a young friends home when they can afford to build a master bedroom. And they know the story and are so grateful for the tub. And I know that they in their own way will pass it on in a fashion to the next person in need of a blessing. Do I love this company. Yes because its products and service are great. But more because on top of all that they are part of the universal community.

  My husband and I could not be more pleased with our tub and hand-held shower. The feet are substantial and more than expected. The tub construction keeps the water warm for much longer than my cast iron tub. The overflow is nice and high in the tub so that I can really fill this thing up for a good soak! Great product, price, and service. Red Lodge, Montana

  I was extremely impressed with both the quality and the service. I had checked out a couple of tubs at different retailers and showrooms and my bateau tub was far better than anything else I saw. It looks beautiful in my bathroom and my builder said it was as good a tub as he had seen.
