  If there were negative stars, I'd be giving that! I'm on my 2nd fridge that my landlord got from this store. The first one never worked at all! Fresh food never got in the safe zone, and the freezer stayed in the fresh food zone! WOW! They came to look at the first one, and were very rude...talked in front of me like I wasn't even there, and ignored me when I asked questions. Meanwhile it's MY food that I paid for that was SPOILING...and they slammed my door when they left! Maybe the gals in Pinellas Park are used to being treated like that, but not here in Northeast, boys! So, they bring out a second fridge, which must have been charged up with freon, (which is so unhealthy btw, because it comes out into your living environment when it runs out), so this one worked from Thursday to barely Saturday, and here we go AGAIN with WARM milk and ice that WON'T freeze, not to mention all the $ I spent on food for Super Bowl Sunday! How would I know they wouldn't do the proper QC before delivering a 2nd fridge! Yes, a SECOND one and when they delivered this dud, they didn't finish the delivery by making sure the door opened the right way, said they didn't have TIME to switch it around!! Are you kidding me?? Set up is part of the delivery...what a bunch of lazy butts!! Horrible customer service especially when you consider this was the second broken fridge they were bringing and they HAD to know it didn't work when they brought it! No one ever, anywhere, should buy a USED refrigerator. Someone returned it or traded it BECAUSE it didn't work, if it worked they'd keep it! Take a look at the setting this afternoon inside my fridge! Appalling! Last month I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I have to eat healthy, FRESH food!! Don't know how they stay in business!! PATHETIC!
